2 The service

Freeopoly is a free platform that collects and organizes publicly available offers, free samples, giveaways, gift-with-purchase deals, and sweepstakes, from third-party brands and sources. We provide listings and links; we do not sell, ship, or fulfill the offers themselves.

Freeopoly is free to use. We may display clearly labeled sponsored placements to support the Service.

3 Your account

You may create a free account to save offers, follow brands, and manage preferences. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use. You may delete your account at any time from your dashboard.

4 Offers and third-party brands

Offers are provided by third parties and are subject to their own terms, availability, and eligibility rules. We verify listings before publishing and remove expired ones promptly, but we cannot guarantee that any offer will remain available, accurate, or honored by the brand.

• "No purchase necessary" and similar conditions are set by the brand, not Freeopoly.
• When you claim an offer, you leave Freeopoly and transact directly with the third party.
• We are not responsible for the products, services, or conduct of third-party brands.

5 Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service. In particular, you will not:

• Scrape, copy, or republish listings at scale without permission;
• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent offers or reports;
• Attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Service;
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or to infringe others' rights.

6 Intellectual property

The Freeopoly name, logo, design, and original content are owned by Freeopoly and protected by law. Brand names and logos shown in listings belong to their respective owners and are used for identification only. You may not use our marks without prior written consent.

7 Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that listings will be error-free, that offers will be available, or that the Service will be uninterrupted or secure.

8 Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Freeopoly will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service or any third-party offer. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us, which, for a free service, is zero.

9 Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we'll revise the "Last updated" date above and, for material changes, provide additional notice. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
